ROKBLOKZ WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

At Rokblokz, we design products to perform in harsh environments—and we stand behind them. We understand things happen, and we’re committed to helping you through any issue with honesty and fairness.


📦 SHIPPING & ORDER CHANGES

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, but may take up to 3–7 business days during high-volume periods.

  • Shipping Address: We ship to the address entered at checkout on www.rokblokz.com. If you use PayPal, we do not use your PayPal shipping address.

  • Order Changes: If you need to update your order, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

  • Package Inspection: Upon arrival, inspect your order and take photos of any damage to the packaging or product.


🔍 ORDER ISSUES & MISSING ITEMS

If something’s not right, we want to fix it fast.

  • Check your order immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice damage or missing hardware, contact us before installation at support@rokblokz.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • All received items

    • Laid-out hardware (if applicable)

  • Claims must be submitted within 45 days of your order date.


↩️ RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the invoice date.

✅ What’s Eligible:

  • Unused, unopened items in new, sellable condition

  • Returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

❌ What’s Not Eligible:

  • Items that are installed, partially installed, or used

  • Returns without an RMA

  • Clearance, special orders, open-box, apparel, accessories and wheel spacers, window vents

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping orders: The actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Restocking Fee:

  • A minimum 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

  • If the item is not in new, sellable condition, the restocking fee may increase up to 100%.


⚙️ EXCHANGES

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us at support@rokblokz.com with photos. If approved, we’ll replace it with the same item. We do not offer exchanges for different products.


🛠 WARRANTY

Coverage:

Rokblokz products are warranted to be free from defects in materials prior to installation and use. Light surface scratches from manufacturing are normal and not considered defects.

Terms:

  • Claims must be made within 45 days of purchase.

  • Our sole liability is limited to replacing the defective product.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Not Covered:

  • Products damaged from:

    • Improper installation

    • Accidents or neglect

    • High-stress driving or off-road use

    • Racing or motorsports

    • Alterations or abuse

We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Clearance, open-box, overstock, and special-order items

  • Custom-colored flaps or stamp color requests

  • Apparel, accessories, and wheel spacers

These items are final sale and not covered by warranty. The buyer assumes all responsibility for fitment and condition.


💳 REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 1–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
We do not refund:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping

  • Customs/duties (on international orders)

  • Fees incurred for refused or undeliverable shipments


📦 REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Refused packages are treated as returns. The cost of outbound and return shipping, as well as any associated duties or fees, will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid issues, always accept your delivery and initiate a return using our standard process.


🎁 GIFTS

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate for the item’s value. Contact us to begin the process.

🛑 LEGAL NOTES

  • Rokblokz reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

  • We may use customer-generated content (photos, ideas, comments) unless otherwise requested.


🏁 WARRANTY LIMITATION (Legal)

In no event shall Rokblokz be liable for special or consequential damages to any property, buyer, user, or third party. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
