Warranty & Return Policies

SHIPPING & SALES

Actual shipping times may vary. The processing and assembly of orders can take a couple of hours to a few days. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but at times that can be extended to 3-7 days. Please email us for more info or to confirm shipping dates before purchasing.

All packages ship to the address that was entered on our website, www.rokblokz.com. This is the address customers save as their β€œship to” location when the account was set up. If you use PayPal for payment, please note that we do not use the address you save in PayPal to ship your order(s).

Our fulfillment team does its best to adapt order changes when requested, at the start of the following business day, however, we are unable to guarantee that updates will be made prior to shipping. You may email us, enter note exceptions on the website or through PayPal, however, this does not guarantee that changes can or will be made. We encourage you to update your www.rokblokz.com account to avoid processing delays.Β 

Please inspect your package upon arrival and notate with photos any damage to the packaging and contents.

CLAIMS

Once you receive your order, please open the shipping box and inspect its contents immediately.Β  Any damage or missing parts claims must be made prior to installation. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately at support@rokblokz.com. Be sure to include your order # and photos ofΒ  damage (include packaging) or the entire contents you received, so we can confirm missing items. If hardware, please lay out all pieces, so all can be seen and counted, that way we can get all missing pieces right away.Β  This type of Warranty Claim must be made within 45 days of order date.Β 

RETURNS

Products sold by ROKBLOKZ are covered by this Standard Return Policy and must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items are eligible for return only if they are unopened and in NEW condition. This means that items that are mounted, partially mounted or assembled are not eligible for return. Products received without an RMA # will be refused.

Please allow up to 7 business days from receiving the return merchandise to process the return. If the return is not as described, no credit will be issued or applied.

  • Returns for non-defective products - All returned non-defective products will only be accepted in new, sellable condition: uninstalled and unused with all original packaging intact. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost on these returns. Non-defective products will be credited at original purchase price, less restocking fee (minimum 10%), upon examination and approval of item returned. The Product will not be credited if it is not in a new, sellable condition, or itΒ  is damaged in any way; in such cases restocking fee will increase up to 100%.
  • Returns for Incorrect shipments - If we shipped an incorrect item, we fix it. Please do not remove any packaging or treat the item in a way that it may become damaged. Please contact us at support@rokblokz.com and be sure to include photos of all contents. We will issue a return label. If the returned item is not in new, sellable condition or damaged in any way. The Buyer will be billed for the replacement.
  • Returns for Defective Products - Please email us and provide photos so that we may determine if your product falls under this warranty. Products experiencing defects in materials will be repaired or replaced at Rokblokz’s discretion.Β Products are subject to failure or breakage when exposed to accidents of any kind, negligence, alterations, harsh chemicals, improper installation, high stress driving, off-road driving, and other forms of motorsports. If a greater value replacement product is selected, an upgrade charge and additional shipping may apply.Β  (Please see the warranty below.)

Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Open items, items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy.Β  These items must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department and are subject to additional restocking fees.

NON-RETURNABLE - Clearance Items, Special Orders, Open Box / Overstock, Apparel and Wheel Spacers

Rokblokz often sells items that are not eligible for return. Some of these items are labeled as Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock merchandise. These items are sold at greatly reduced prices; therefore, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve Rokblokz from any, and all responsibility.Β  Open-Box, Clearance, and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

Rokblokz.com also sells unique or custom order items that are often made to order and/or are considered special order items. This includes any material color other than black, special stamp color requests, etc. These items are manufactured on a case by case basis, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.Β  The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.

REFUNDS

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. Rokblokz does not refund shipping charges for returned items and orders which qualify for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact one of our customer service representatives.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company.Β  It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rokblokz.com.

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. Rokblokz reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted by our customer service team, and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package upon delivery can cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.Β 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@rokblokz.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item if you wish to return it to us. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before you received it, we will instruct the gift giver on how to return the item and send the refund to the gift giver.

Use of information

Rokblokz is free to use any comments, information, designs, ideas, photos or any other content contained in any user-generated post or email by you to or from this website, unless otherwise specified.

Product changes

At any time, Rokblokz reserves the right to discontinue products, change product specifications, designs, features, or models without incurring obligation.

LIMITED WARRANTY

RokBlokz Rally Mud Flaps are warranted to be free of defects in material prior to installation and use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process and are not considered to be defects). If a defective product is encountered, you must contact us within 6 months from the date of purchase to be considered for replacement. Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product. Any/all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration, high stress driving, or abuse. In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any property, buyer, user, or another person.
