Due to the nature and location of these flaps, they take a ton of abuse and will need to be replaced occasionally. We created this listing to help make it easy to change up your colors or order replacements. If you need hardware or other parts, we can help with that too, please email us with those requests.

We offer multiple color options for some customization. Flaps are available in BLACK, RED, GREY, DEEP BLUE, BRIGHT BLUE, ORANGE, LIME GREEN, and DEEP PURPLE. Colors other than Black are considered Custom as they are made to order. Any colors not listed as an option are sold by request only.

We offer shipping to most countries around the world. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, and we will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Our standard shipping option is available for most countries and typically takes between 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.
We offer express shipping to select countries. This shipping option typically takes between 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Customs and Fees:
Please be aware that some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or other fees on imported goods. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to customs clearance processes.
Delivery Time - Domestic
Typically, your package should reach you within 2-9 days of placing an order.
The answer to this question depends on what shipping service is used or selected. Included shipping is most often done through USPS Priority or FedEx which is not a guaranteed service but estimated at 2-4 days depending on how far away from Utah it is traveling. For larger packages, we use FedEx/UPS GROUND or SUREPOST. These services are estimated at 3-5 days and 5-7 days respectively.
We do offer expedited shipping options, but please remember that those estimations are not including the processing time, which is usually 24 hours or less except on weekends. However, those times can be affected by weather.
Delivery Time - International
Internationally, this depends on multiple factors such as destination, carrier and selected service. Our normal handling time is about 24 hours, except on weekends and Holidays when we are not in the office. With any shipping service, domestic or international, weather can cause delays in shipping. This type of delay is with the Carrier.
FedEx is a great option for most parts of the world. The fee includes clearance through customs and is pretty fast. In most cases it is around 3-5 days for delivery. Please note that you will still be responsible for any import taxes.
UPS is a great option to Canada, but quite pricey for other parts of the world. The standard service is estimated at about 9 business days. UPS offers faster services that can be delivered in as little as one day. If an expedited service is selected, please note that it is only guaranteed if UPS processes it through Customs. If you assign a different agent, the service is no longer a guaranteed service. There is an additional clearance fee as well as import taxes.

We try to help when delays in delivery happen, but we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges paid on our end.
All packages ship to the address that was entered on our web site, www.rokblokz.com. This is the address customers save as their shipping to location when the account is set-up. Please note that if you use PayPal to pay, we do not use the address that you save/use in PayPal to ship your order(s). Our fulfillment team does its best to adapt order changes when requested well ahead of the start of the following business day; however we are unable to guarantee that updates will be made prior to shipping. You may send us an email, enter order notes on the web site or through PayPal; however this does not mean that changes can or will be made. We encourage you to double check your order before hitting submit and to update your www.rokblokz.com account to avoid processing delays.
RokBlokz Rally Mud Flaps are warranted to be free of defects in material prior to installation and use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process and are not considered to be defects). If a defective product is encountered, you must contact us within 45 days from the date of purchase to be considered for replacement. Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product. Any/all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration, high stress driving, or abuse. In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any property, buyer, user, or another person.
Once you receive your order, please open the shipping box and inspect its contents immediately. Any damage or missing parts claims must be made prior to installation. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order # and photos of damage (include packaging) or the entire contents you received, so we can confirm missing items. If hardware, please lay out all pieces, so all can be seen and counted, that way we can get all missing pieces right away. This type of Warranty Claim must be made within 45 days of order date.
Products sold by ROKBLOKZ are covered by this Standard Return Policy and must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items are eligible for return only if they are unopened and in NEW condition. Products received without an RMA # will be refused.
